We had to unexpectedly move my Dad into assisted living from a hospital stay. The staff at Cardigan Ridge made the transition easy and comfortable for him and our family. Everyone is so nice and the facility is beautiful. We feel so lucky to have found such a wonderful community for my Dad to settle into. We love our new CR family!

This place is a hidden gem. The staff is really what I love showing to my clients as well as the residents who live here, because it’s crystal clear how happy they are to live there in a place that is so welcoming and it feels like family to them, I’d imagine.

The staff has been working here forever, and it’s so good that they bring their own families to come in and work with them. From Amina in sales, to Angela as the ED, to the front desk guy who’s SO friendly and courteous. Super spacious apartments, with the big beautiful windows, to the way they carefully care to turn every apartment and make it beautiful, you won’t regret living here or bringing your mom, dad or loved one here.

The back of the building faces a beautiful pond, and the scenery is beautiful for any season. There’s even swans!! I attached also a picture of their 4 season porch.

The food, also amazing. I’ve ate lunch here with my client ( I own a senior placement agency and it’s a free service to seniors and their family’s and have placed many clients here at this location).

Lovely environment. Have all sort of activities for their residents. Affordable apartments. Nice view of a lake right behind.

In 2023 our team had the privilege to help share in the resident experience. Nicholle, Director of Wellness, and her team have such whole hearted compassion to meet the needs and serve their residents and their families. It’s so enjoyable to hear about the engagement in activities and how friendly & social the residents are! GREAT JOB Cardigan Ridge TEAM!

The Cardigan Ridge facility & staff are remarkable!
From the administrative department to the nursing department, all aspects of the staff are understanding, helpful & compassionate. They really go the extra mile to make their residents happy & to keep them safe!

My mom feels comfortable, safe and engaged at Cardigan Ridge; she truly feels at home there. Knowing that she is in good hands at Cardigan Ridge has provided invaluable peace of mind for Mom and our family.

The entire staff is friendly, competent, responsive, and caring, and there is very little staff turnover. That consistency and familiarity are more important than I would have imagined.

Mom is still fairly independent, but it has been easy and quick to add additional services and support as needed.

We are beyond grateful that Mom chose Cardigan Ridge!

ADMINISTRATION: Angie and her staff - The Finest anywhere. Highly qualified, helpful, friendly, efficient and always willing to listen and help.
MAINTENANCE: SHANE: - you would have to look far and wide to find someone who provides such willing, friendly, fast and excellent service as he. He is truly one in a million. Give him a treat when he finishes the job.

Cardigan Ridge was a great place for my mom to call home. When she downsized and simplified her life from a full house and yard... Cardigan Ridge was just what she needed and allowed her to continue to live independently. Great atmosphere, new friends, good meals and entertainment. Staff is friendly, caring and responsive. Thank you Cardigan Ridge for your care and support.

The experience my father had with his time at Cardigan was nothing short of amazing. The staff and caregivers not only took care of him but became his true friends. He trusted them to the point that he would share with them stories that he had never told me. My family is great full for how he was treated from the day he arrived June 2017 until his passing January 2024. He could not have been in better place the last 7 years of his life.

The staff at Cardigan Ridge are exceptional! From my very first visit with my parents, we got the sense of the close-knit community, and how the residents are truly cared for. Knowing that my parents are both musicians, Mark, the Activities Director, took us in to see a choir rehearsal happening with the residents that day, and everyone looked so glad to be there. Mark is very good at building relationships with residents and finding out what they are interested in pursuing. Amina and Angie, the Marketing and Executive Directors, were fantastic and supportive as I navigated calls and paperwork for long-term care insurance for my mother. I truly appreciated their attention to detail, and professional, caring approach. I would highly recommend Cardigan Ridge to other seniors looking for a place they can feel like "family" and truly call home.
