Cardigan Ridge hires our own care staff, who join our devoted team to care for residents on a daily basis at an individual level. Whether designing a group activity or preparing a home-style meal requested by a resident, our associates combine compassion, integrity, and medical knowledge to serve and support residents as we would our own family.

Devoted to You

The Cardigan Ridge management team takes great care to uphold residents’ independence and well-being. No matter your needs—from medication management to dressing and bathing—we are here for you, 24-hours a day, every day of the week. We have a dedicated Life Enrichment Director and Licensed Nurse Manager who’ll plan and coordinate daily activities that stimulate memory and help residents live full lives. A licensed RN is available to design a lifestyle tailored to Assisted Living and Memory Care. All of our associates handle daily interactions in a calm and reassuring manner, providing a listening ear and a cheerful smile.
